Message to Young Adults – Part 2

Why is there an image of The Demon Baphomet in down town?

1 COR 10:7— “ Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written: “The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in revelry.” (NIV)

America, like Ancient Egypt, Babylon, Greece and Rome is filled with idols.  Idols are symbols of sin that men worship.  In Babylon, the children of Israel were forced to worship idols. The command from the wicked king was that when they heard the music they were to bow to the erected idol.  However, Daniel and his crew refused.  Believers in Christ do not bow to idols but to the invisible God!   Ok so why was the archway of the ancient temple of Baal also being set up in Times Square?  Do your research!!!

In August 2018, under the guise of “ free speech” and “freedom from religion” an occult group is traveling around the country requesting permission to set up an idol representing an ancient pagan god with a little black boy and a little white girl pledging allegiance to it.  This is the symbol of the fallen angel Azazel from which is the name of the wilderness in Leviticus 16:26 (NLT).  Azazel is the god of sexual immorality and order snd chaos.  He served as the androgynous demon that seeks to corrupt the world through lust and violence.

In Acts 17:16, when the apostle Paul visited Athens he did not marvel at its buildings or great monuments.  Instead he said the city was totally given to idols.  These idols are all over America and adorn our nations buildings.  Even in Birmingham Alabama, not only are confederate statutes visible but Satanic symbols as well like the Swastikas.  These things are not harmless to believers who know spiritual warfare, but to ignorant believers there is serious danger of you associate with these evil forces.

The Bible says for us to stay away from idolatry and satanic objects.  Those who display these things worship Satan and even entertainers who wear images uplift the king of this world through their music, apparel and artwork.  The sin in our life is represented by the idols that are erected in the honor of the prince of darkness.
